Withindustry project manager for the supply of Equans electrical equipment from 3 TGBT 5000A up to S7-400 / WinCC automation (€6M) of a new vacuum jet vapour deposit line at the Kessales / Liège site.
From basic engineering to commissioning of the project, including strip conveying, mechanical and chemical treatment, a vacuum system, a sputtering system, a melting furnace and zinc vapour deposit, secure access and management of emergency stops, energy and HVAC management.
3 TGBT, 8000 PLC inputs / outputs, 150m of electrical cabinets and 92 control panels, 132 Siemens drives (52 S120 on DC bus and 80 G120), 9 PLC S7-400 including one safety PLC, 2 redundant WinCC servers, 33 PC clients and 180 supervision views.
