GSK Project WN413 new production line into WN17 building (2021).
Management of the engineering office for detailed engineering (from specifications to site monitoring and IQOQ) regarding automation, electricity, instrumentation and reporting for new production line into WN17 building.
Including also 3 fermenters, promixers, seed storage, Blast freezer, distribution loops (steam, WFI, NAOH, CAI, CEU, O2, liquid nitrogen,..), incubators, chromato, microfiltration, centralized alarm systems, control and protection of clean room atmospheres and HVAC, specific equipment (washers, incubators, fridges, robots, spectrometers, water bath, centrifuges, ..) fire detection system, all distribution electrical, reporting on Osi Pi support.
Realized in collaboration with the engineering office RK Tec and DPS Group.
